ASA South West – Regionals

ASA-South-West

Congratulations to Ross Kennedy, Josh Ricketts, Alex Applegate and Harry Ricketts who all qualified for this years’ ASA South West Regional Championships.

Josh travelled to Plymouth on Bank Holiday weekend to compete in the 50m Fly and went 31.25 – a 0.25 PB. On the second day, he produced another excellent swim in the 50m Free Style, with a 0.78 PB to finish in 27.98. Brother Harry, not to be outdone, swam at Hengrove last weekend, competing in the 50m Breast, winning his heat in 44.06 – again a PB of 0.34. Alex also swam at Hengrove, winning her heat of the 50m Fly in 33.11 – again a super 0.99 PB. Ross decided to concentrate on his exams, so didn’t compete this year.

Four qualifying times, four superb PB’s – well done !

They will all be competing again in the ASA South West Regional Sprints at Gloucester in July.
